Build your foundation
Small choices you can return to every day.
A routine should support your life, not make it more complicated. Start with changes you can repeat comfortably, and reassess them based on how you feel.
Make nourishment consistent
Build meals around a mix of protein, fiber-rich foods, fruit or vegetables, and fats you enjoy. Regular meals can be easier to sustain than restrictive rules. Hydrate throughout the day, with individual fluid advice if you have a medical condition.
There is no need to “earn” food through exercise or compensate for a missed routine. A registered dietitian can help adapt an eating pattern to your preferences, health and goals.
Move, recover and reflect
Choose movement that feels accessible: a walk, gentle strength work, cycling or a favorite class. Increase activity gradually and allow time for recovery. Consistent sleep and a wind-down routine can support overall wellbeing.
Track habits, mood and daily energy rather than focusing only on the scale. If you try a supplement, note when you began and any changes, without assuming every change was caused by the product.
